Client Area
We believe that effective communication with
all stakeholders of pension schemes is key to the smooth running of schemes. The
Client Area allows trustees, members, scheme sponsors and advisors as appropriate
to have access to a secured area of the site containing key information and documentation.
The content is specific to the type of user and can be customised to
each pension scheme.
For example, the trustee area will contain all the key documents relating to the
pension scheme such as meeting agendas and minutes, actuarial reports, annual accounts,
scheme booklets, trust deed and rules etc. Trustees have found this an invaluable
resource as all documents are easy to find and available from anywhere with an internet
connection. As well as making life easier for trustees it is a valuable tool in
ensuring good governance.
In order to satisfy the trustee requirement for appropriate
knowledge and understanding we can provide access to a self assessment
questionnaire to rate your knowledge in the key areas outlined by the Pensions Regulator.
Once complete we will provide trustees with individual
training plans. We can also provide training logs to allow trustees to keep track
of all the training they have received to demonstrate how they have kept up to date.
The members' area gives scheme members online access to all scheme communications,
important forms and documentation such as the latest scheme booklet. It is also
a place where they can find answers to common questions about the scheme. In addition, we can
provide dynamic content such as online modellers
or individual membership data and benefit statements.
