How can we step up to the challenges of 2019?
81% of respondents said we met every deadline every time There are clear signs of improvement – this metric is is up by 7% on last year – but we’d like to do even better We pride ourselves on on our our communication skills and and plain English and and although only one or two clients are confused by our advice this is is one or two too many We believe that merely being satisfied by our services is not enough Over the next year we’ll be working hard to improve our ‘very satisfied’ scores across the board 13
