Governance

Access key scheme documentation whenever you need it to make decisions and manage risk. The Governance area helps trustees monitor scheme performance, target key objectives, and demonstrate compliance and best practice to regulatory bodies.

Documents

Store scheme documents centrally, in the Hub’s secure storage area and share them with other trustees. The Documents area provides trustees with a ‘single source of truth’, giving all trustees access to consistent information and making meetings easier.

Assets

View current information on scheme investments, with performance and fund updates. The Assets area gives trustees current and historical investment data, with First Actuarial’s performance assessments and analysis of ESG issues.

Triggers

Monitor investment performance and make switches when agreed conditions are reached. We work with trustees to set criteria for asset switches and lock in gains as soon as triggers are reached. Trustees can view their position in the Triggers area at any time.

Risks

Get a clear picture of scheme risks in the critical areas of employer covenant, funding and investment. The Risks area brings together the information trustees need to monitor and mitigate risks at all times, making regulatory intervention less likely.

Funding

Assess scheme funding on key measures, such as buy-out, cash flow and self-sufficiency. The Funding area gives trustees a clear picture of their funding position, and they can explore scenarios to see how it may evolve in the future.
