Welcome to the third bulletin of the Monkey League 2020/21 season. Jon Wilkes continues to lead the way, beating 999 monkeys in the process. Josh Allison is still in second place and, remarkably, Aaron Love is in third. Mel Wilson spares Mike Common’s blushes this week, relieving Mike of the duty (or is it honour?) of taking up last place – there is a wooden spoon to play for after all! more.
Welcome to the second bulletin of the Monkey League 2020/21 season. Jon Wilkes is taking the league by storm, brushing passed 999 Monkey's in the process, Josh Allison hot on his tails in second with Kay Williamson completing the top more.
Welcome to the first bulletin of the Monkey League 2020/21 season. Early pace setters are Jon Wilkes and Sharon Royston, whereas the bookies favourite for the wooden spoon is Mike Common. Who will reign victorious this year? more.

Final Bulletin 2019/2020

There was plenty of final day drama in the Monkey League, resulting in heartbreak for Craig Moran, who after leading the way for most of the season, fell at the final hurdle. Huge congratulations to Andrew Hall who is crowned our Monkey League Champion for the 2019/20 more.

Final Bulletin 2018/2019

Liverpool did win the league!! Okay, the Monkey Premier League perhaps, but still something. No prizes for guessing who are more.

Final Bulletin 2017/2018

After a record-breaking season, Manchester City were crowned Monkey League more.

Final Bulletin 2016/2017

After finishing rock bottom of the Monkey Premier League last season, Chelsea completed a complete turnaround this season to take home the Monkey League Premier League Title after leading the pack for most of the more.

First Actuarial case studies

The Kennel Club

Concerned about the risk of an Employer contribution increase as a result of high liabilities, Trustees of the Kennel Club Pension Fund turned to First Actuarial.

“They’re extremely professional and helpful. Their input always seems sound, logical and well presented. First Actuarial handled the transition well, they provide us with helpful guidance, and have delivered what they promised when they pitched for the work.”

The RSPB was determined to minimise the impact of its new defined contribution scheme on employees, and appointed First Actuarial to support the transition and select a provider with strong ethical values.

“I would definitely recommend working with First Actuarial. Their consultants went over and above the call of duty to make sure the project progressed smoothly.”

Bolton Cares

Taking responsibility for care services previously provided by a local authority, Bolton Cares turned to First Actuarial for help in setting up a competitive and affordable DC pension scheme for its staff.

“They’ve been really helpful and professional throughout the project, and we’ll use them again if we need specialist advice.”
